The development of information technology has driven the transformation of healthcare services through the use of Mobile JKN as an online registration platform. Digital literacy is an essential competency that enables JKN participants to access, understand, follow procedures, and evaluate digital service information. This study aimed to determine the relationship between digital literacy and the utilization of the Mobile JKN online registration service at Sugio Public Health Center. A quantitative study with a cross-sectional design was conducted involving 108 patients selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman rank correlation test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that most respondents had good digital literacy (40.7%), while the utilization of online registration was also predominantly categorized as good (39.8%). The Spearman rank test yielded a p-value of 0.221 and a correlation coefficient of -0.119, indicating a negative and very weak relationship. Therefore, there was no statistically significant relationship between digital literacy and the utilization of the Mobile JKN online registration service at Sugio Public Health Center.
