ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI ADMINISTRASI DI RSAD BRAWIJAYA SURABAYA

Abstrak

Digital transformation in healthcare services is pushing hospitals to implement Hospital Management Information Systems (SIMRS) as a way to integrate service and administrative processes. RSAD Brawijaya Surabaya is a Level III General Hospital owned by the Indonesian Army, located at Jalan Kesatrian No. 17, Sawunggaling, Wonokromo, Surabaya. According to official data from the Ministry of Health, RS Umum Tk. III Brawijaya is a class C hospital with BLU status and is owned by the Indonesian Army.

This article aims to analyze the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in improving administrative efficiency at RSAD Brawijaya Surabaya. The method used is a descriptive approach with secondary data analysis from official hospital sources, the Ministry of Health, and research publications related to the digital transformation at RSAD Brawijaya. The study results show that digital transformation at RSAD Brawijaya has included online JKN registration, the implementation of electronic medical records, and medicine delivery services. These implementations have the potential to speed up administrative processes, reduce manual work, improve data integration, and make it easier for patients to access services. However, recent research on digital transformation at RSAD Brawijaya also identified obstacles such as limited facilities and infrastructure, human resources, technological infrastructure, and patient outreach.
