ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI ADMINISTRASI DI RSAD BRAWIJAYA SURABAYA

Abstract

The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) plays an important role in supporting the effectiveness of hospital services and information management. RSU Tk. III Brawijaya Surabaya has developed electronic medical records as part of its digital service transformation. This study aims to describe the implementation of SIMRS at RSU Tk. III Brawijaya Surabaya. The research uses a descriptive approach through documentation studies of official hospital data and previous research on electronic medical record implementation. The results show that RSU Tk. III Brawijaya is a class C hospital with a capacity of 100 beds. Previous studies show readiness for EMR implementation with a DOQ-IT score of 94.6, categorized as very ready. Digital implementation still needs strengthening in system integration, infrastructure, human resources, and socialization. The implementation of SIMRS at RSU Tk. III Brawijaya Surabaya has been developing toward digital services. however, optimizing the integration of systems, human resources, and infrastructure is still needed.
