PENGARUH PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI TERHADAP SIKAP ORANG TUA MENGENAI KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PADA ANAK USIA DINI DI RA ALHUSAINIYAH MUNENG

Abstrak

Reproductive health education in early childhood is a strategic step in building children’s fundamental understanding of their bodies and enhancing protection against the risk of sexual violence. Parents play a central role as the first and primary educators in providing appropriate information according to the child’s developmental stage. This study aimed to analyze the effect of reproductive health education counseling on parents’ attitudes regarding early childhood reproductive health at RA Alhusainiyah Muneng Sumberasih. The research employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. The population as well as the sample consisted of 36 parents of students. The research instrument was a parental attitude questionnaire. The results of the one-sample t-test showed a p-value of 0.000 with α = 0.05 (p < α), indicating that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It can be concluded that reproductive health education counseling has a significant effect and is effective in improving parents’ positive attitudes as a non-pharmacological approach to support early childhood reproductive health.
