The development of information technology has driven the transformation of healthcare services through the use of Mobile JKN as an online registration platform. Digital literacy is an essential competency that enables JKN participants to access, understand, follow procedures, and evaluate information related to digital healthcare services. This study aimed to determine the relationship between digital literacy and the utilization of the Mobile JKN online registration service at Sugio Public Health Center. A quantitative study with a cross-sectional design was conducted involving 108 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman rank correlation test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that most respondents had a moderate level of digital literacy (42.6%), while the utilization of online registration services was predominantly categorized as poor (45.4%). The Spearman rank correlation test yielded a p-value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.441, indicating a moderate positive relationship. Therefore, there was a statistically significant relationship between digital literacy and the utilization of the Mobile JKN online registration service.
