Chest pain is one of the most common clinical complaints that often causes concern because it may be associated with cardiovascular or non‑cardiac disorders. Acupuncture, as a complementary therapy, has been used to reduce pain intensity and improve patients’ quality of life. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture in chest pain cases at Rumah Hijau Genqi Pekanbaru. A case study method was applied with an observational approach to patients undergoing acupuncture therapy. The results showed a decrease in pain intensity after several sessions of acupuncture, with minimal side effects. In conclusion, acupuncture can be an effective complementary therapy for non‑cardiac chest pain, but standard medical evaluation is still required to rule out serious causes.
